Seattle Renovation

Situated in Seattle’s desirable Madrona neighborhood, this 1910 residence has undergone a comprehensive renovation, executed with precision both structurally and aesthetically. The owner’s vision was to prioritize the preservation of the home’s original architectural elements while incorporating high-end modern systems and finishes. The kitchen features ceiling-height custom-painted cabinetry, solid surface countertops and a coffered ceiling. The primary bath features custom-built, fully tiled showers with new frameless glass enclosures. Wall-to-wall porcelain tile complemented by custom cabinetry. A large freestanding bathtub was added in a dedicated alcove designed to highlight the tub as a focal point. The original hardwood floors throughout the home were carefully preserved and expertly refinished, showcasing the rich patina and subtle imperfections that reflect over a century of character and history.
