This includes the entire process, starting with initial contact and moving on into information collecting during pre-construction. We remain just as engaged and communicative during construction, providing updates and answering questions on the latest work. When we are all done we cover our work's warranty the work for your peace of mind.
1. Initial Contact
Tell us about your project! We love to get involved early so we can guide you on the feasibility and costs associated with your vision.
We also work closely with many architects and designers and can recommend one if you have yet to enter into the design phase.
Two of the most common questions we’re asked are “How much will it cost?” and “How long will it take?” We answer those questions in the Pre-Construction phase so there aren’t surprises once we start. We offer an in-house consultation; review existing conditions and the feasibility of the proposed project; and provide a preliminary budget estimate and scope of work. It is in this stage that we will also value engineer the project to align the costs with your budget.
When we launch the building phase of your project, we assign a dedicated Site Superintendent and a Project Manager to your home or business.
As your general contractor, we’ll manage the subcontractors and every aspect of the project. It’s our job to keep your project moving along so we can finish with a beautiful product on time and on budget.
We don’t disappear once the construction phase is complete.
Your entire project is under warranty for one full year. If anything comes up, we’re just a phone call away.
